The elections are over so it’s back to helping Charlie Sykes with his show.
- The election’s over and we know the Democrats’ plan for Iraq: leave. More evidence is Speaker-elect Pelosi backing Rep. John “Redeploy to Okinawa” Murtha for Majority Leader. [via Hot Air]
- Professor William Stuntz makes a good case that sending more troops to Iraq can ease the killing. “raq is not an unwinnable war: Rather, as the data just cited show, it is a war we have chosen not to win.” [via IraqPundit]
- Middlemen trying to fight economic dynamism are using government to stop local wineries from directly selling brandy to their customers.
- Union leaders try again to convince Harley-Davidson workers to accept a two-tier system that will ensure future motorcycle production at Milwaukee plants.
- Some Pacific Rim want Doha Round trade negotiations restarted. I’d like to see them re-started too but there’s no way a more-protectionist Democratic Congress would pass such a deal.
