John Edwards Blames the (Volunteer) Help

by Sean Hackbarth

John Edwards is blaming an overzealous volunteer for trying to avoid waiting in line for a Playstation 3 like those in “Wal-Mart’s America” have to do:

“My wife, Elizabeth, wanted to get a Playstation3 for my young children. She mentioned it in front of one of my staff people,” Edwards said. “That staff person mentioned it in front of a volunteer who said he would make an effort to get one. He was making an effort to go get one for himself.

“Elizabeth and I knew nothing about this. He feels terrible about this. He made a mistake, and he knows he should not have used my name,” Edwards said.

Edwards said the volunteer was “a young kid” unaware of what he called flawed Wal-Mart policies. He called the Wal-Mart statement an effort to divert attention from its own problems.

It’s obvious the “young kid” hasn’t been fully indoctrinated in anti-Wal-Mart rhetoric like Edwards’ 6-year-old son Jack.

Come on John, just admit you like Wal-Mart’s low prices like any other American. I know it’d hurt your standing with the Wal-Mart-is-evil crowd you’ve been placating in preparation for a 2008 Presidential run. But think about the intellectual honesty you’d be demonstrating. I know it’s hard for some to admit, but Wal-Mart does plenty of good.

Let me get this straight as it was a little tough to read.

John Edward’s wife asked a young kid volunteer indirectly through a staffer to purchase a Playstation 3 for himself, under his name, and then that Playstation 3 would be given to John Edwards?

So in other words he feels the political need to purchase things at Wal Mart under strict “Secrecy” for fear of what the KOS KIDS would think about it?

Wow!

That’s why I love being a conservative. I do not have to bend myself in a tremendous contortions just to live my life.

I prefer to place NO limitations on what I do. I do what I want because if the prices are cheap, then that’s money in my wallet.

I don’t understand how liberals could ever be “happy” with themselves when they seem to have so much “anger” and “hate” for Capitalism which has been part of America since the beginning of its time.

2

“I prefer to place NO limitations on what I do.”

Right. Just limitations on what OTHERS can do.

3

Chet,

“Right. Just limitations on what OTHERS can do. ”

Yea. I have to stop forbidding Christians from bringing Holy Bibles to High School classes.

I have to stop forbidding Christian teachers from praying in the class room.

I have to stop High School kids from praying before a football game.

I have to stop Christians from discussing Creationist Theory during a Science Evolution class.

I have to stop White People from obtaining Jobs or Academic Enrollment when there is a Black Applicant.

I have to….

Oh wait.. This is what LIBERALS do.

4

I have to force Tax Payers to fund Abortion Clinics.

I have to force Employees into a Union and force them to pay Union Dues, and then force them to give a pay raise to the Union out of their paychecks without their approval.

I have to forbid a Hispanic who is #1 rated in the Bar from ever becoming a judge in an upper federal court,

I have to stop Employees from saying, “Christmas.”

I have to eliminate Videos portraying islamic terrorists as the bad guy on my Youtube Website.

I have to pull Military Funding from the Military during a time of War (Dennis Kucinich)

I have to make sure New Orleans is a Chocolate City,

I have to force Tax payers to pay for Welfare Recipient’s entire life here in Michigan

I have to Re-define what Marriage is and force Religions to accept it against their will,

I have to force taxpayers to pay for Retirees Social Security despite the fact they aren’t going to get social security themselves as this scheme is a ponzi scheme..

Oh wait…. That’s what Liberals do!

5

I have to abort fetuses, never caring about the fetuses’s right to life,

I have to teach students in a university only the liberal perspective and to mark grades lower if a student tries to voice a different view point (Wayne State Michigan)

I have to control Journalism classes with a monopoly of Liberal Professors who will present a liberal methodology for Journalism and never teach the conservative methodology,

I have to BAN Military Recruiters from High Schools and Colleges while still receiving Federal Funding,

I have to delegitimize Academic Testing in favor of Racial Profiling for University Scholarships/Grants/Awards

I have to make fun of the one and only T.V. Station that consistently reveals the Conservative Opinion instead of all of the other T.V. Stations providing the Liberal opinion (for much of the air time)

When a Conservative like Rush Limbaugh wants a T.V. Show, I have to put it in a 4:00a.m. Time Slot

And when he decides to be part of ESPN football, I have to find away to get rid of him as fast as possible by finding any trivial statement I can and blow it into epic proportions.

I gotta do that in order to be like the “Liberals” are.

6

Then there’s

Discrimination against WAL-Mart,

Discrimination against SMOKERS

Discrimination against SUVs,

Discrimination against anyone that Fuels their Car with Gasoline,

Discrimination against anyone that doesn’t recycle

and on….and on.. and on…

I have to please a vastly confusing assortment of Liberal thinkers who basically want to decide things for EVERYONE ELSE.

7

Oh…

Discrimination against Rich People

Discrimination against those who don’t give to charities

Discrimination against Judeo-Christian Free Practice of Religion and Thought

Discrimination againsst Deists in Hollywood

Discrimination against Conservatives in Hollywood

Discrimination against White Men by way of never assigning a “Month” for White Man Heritage Month, despite every other race, ethnicity, gender having one.

Discrimination against Wearing Religious Symbols, Clothing, Articles, despite that it is ok to wear a T-Shirt calling the President of the United States a Terrorist

Discrimination against Citizens by letting Non-Citizens receive work for pay under-neath the minimum wage and giving non-citizens a driver’s license + Federal Benefits.

Oh.. But… (CHET) wants us to believe that it is the “Conservative Belief System” that discriminates?

I’ll have to give Edwards a break on this one (dagnabbit!).

It’s entirely possible -even likely- that some volunteer was looking to name-drop himself to the head of the line in order to snag one for himself.

I’ll only hold lying to juries in order to steal money fron doctors against Johnny Boy.

John Edwards LOVES Walmart!…

Apparently he does, despite railing against it’s labor practicesYesterday, a staff person for former Sen. Edwards contacted a Wal-Mart electronics manager in Raleigh, North Carolina to obtain a Sony PlayStation3 on behalf of the Senator’s family. La…

Be Ye Like Little Children…

Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. – Matthew 18:3 I held off posting anything concerning ex-Senator John Edwards’ inquiries to Wal-Mart about obtaining a PlaySt…

I started to leave some comments about Edwards and the Playstation3 but they ran longer than what I thought was appropriate to post here. If anyone’s interested, the blog name is “The Business of America is Business” and the url to the post is

Precious!

John “Purdyboy” Edwards is the world’s third biggest phony (next to ex-running mate and jokemiester Jon Carry and the King of Phonyville, Billybob Clinton).

Oh yeah; some staffer “overheard” this-n-that and some numbskull (being an Edwards volunteer*…) cooked the idea up him/herself because “He was making an effort to go get one for himself.”

Gawd, can you get more condescending or pretentious that that?

(*volunteer for WHAT? Purdyboy doesn’t have a job AFAICT)

13

(There’s no such thing as “creationist theory.”)

Outrageous conduct by Edward’s staffer! That young man should be locked into a Wal-Mart all night long and not paid any overtime for it.

You know, like Wal-Mart does to its own employees.

14

Hey Chet,

Creationist theory is for real, and you Liberals who HATE Christian thought just want to discount it out of hand for your own unproven theory of Evolution.

There’s no such thing as “Good Hearted Liberals.”

They all seem to bring to the table nothing but “Hatred” for others.

Hatred for Walmart, the rich, White Men, SUV drivers, Judeo-Christians, Isreal, American Citizens and America, Australia, and on and on and on…

15

Creationist theory is for real, and you Liberals who HATE Christian thought just want to discount it out of hand for your own unproven theory of Evolution.

It’s discounted because it’s flat-out wrong. You have to be an idiot to see any merit in it. (No surprise to see you among its defenders.)

They all seem to bring to the table nothing but “Hatred” for others.

Ah, but of course, conservatives are known for their expansive generosity towards their fellow man, just as long as you ARE a man, and white, and Christian, and not poor, and American. To hell with everybody else, that’s the conservative way.

16

Saying the Theory of Evolution is unproven is like saying that the Theory of Gravity is unproven (which, technically, it is). So tell ya what, i’m going to present my theory of “Intelligent Attraction,” which posits that gravity is so complex and impossible to understand, that some sort of Intelligent Attractor must be keeping things falling toward the Earth. Let’s get this shit into the textbooks post-haste!

Or, we could finally start learning to differentiate between a scientific theory and the word “theory” as commonly used in the English language, and realize that ID and creationism have absolutely no merit whatsoever.

17

Actually the theory of evolution pretty much is proven. It’s confirmed both by observation and predictive experimentation. Plus the math works out. Not that Jeff would be able to follow it.

18

Oh, but Chet, there’s a difference between MICROevolution and MACROevolution. Obviously you haven’t been listening to the lectures of creation scientist “Dr.” Kent Hovind.

[/tongue in cheek]

19

Chet,

“Chet wrote:

Actually the Math doesn’t work out and there exists no scientific explanation for Evolution resulting in the origin of life.

And Physics has already disproven Evolution on the microscopic particle level.

Oh and DJ? Stop drinking them beers so much or you’ll actually believe what you write.

20

“:Or, we could finally start learning to differentiate between a scientific theory and the word “theory” as commonly used in the English language, and realize that ID and creationism have absolutely no merit whatsoever.”

Or we could realize that Evolution is the absolute misnomer that it is in the scientific world and does not fit with the definition of a “Theory” both scienfitic or English based.

Rather it is mere “Religious Faith” with no supporting evidence to back it up.

So, let’s face it.

If B.S. like Evolution gets discussed in a Public Classroom, then Creationism should also be discussed.

That is of course if it’s ok with your DISCRIMINATORY, Anti-CIVIL RIGHTS,

Ant-Christian Agenda, DJ and CHET?

21

You really need to lay off the Dr. Dino seminars. Or at least learn a little more about how the scientific method works.
