Thompson’s “Cowboy Death Scene”

by Sean Hackbarth

The story of Fred Thompson lobbying for a pro-abortion group gets stranger with Jim Geraghty reporting the LA Times story cut out a descriptive detail without an update or any other editorial comment:

Here’s where it gets really interesting: The “cowboy death scene” comments, once prominent in the story (DeSarno is referred to by full name and role within the organization, indicating this is the first reference to her), have now been removed from the Los Angeles Times article.

Did DeSarno actually claim Thompson peformed a “cowboy death scene” when at the time Thompson hadn’t done a western? Why did the LA Times cut out that part of the story?

With a quick click of the delete-key this story has become one of integrity. Who do we trust? Those connected with the abortion group who would love to embarrass a top Republican Presidential candidate? The candidate who may be covering his tuckus? Or a newspaper that might have been spoon fed opposition research without the proper fact-checking? Someone’s lying.

Fred has a lot more to lose than the LA times. I would put money down that Fred is a liar and a fraud and made a lot of money off the killing of the unborn.

Do you remember the term “Moby” from the last election cycle? RepublicanWomenAgainstFredThompson is turning up all over leaving comments that to a lefty mind must certainly seem just right to rouse those stupid conservatives. You know, things like “made a lot of money off the killing of the unborn.”
