Instant Scarcity

Upper Deck and Donruss both announced they would pull Michael Vick football cards out of upcoming sets. Some cards will come out. Much of supply and demand is due to scarcity. These cards will be very scarce. The lucky ones who stumble upon them will have an item that will burn up eBay. They’ll just have to deal with the consciences.

Yes, it will be very interesting to see how collectors respond to this. It’s utterly amazing how a few professional players are willing to throw everything away. I understand that he’s innocent until proven guilty, but it’s a shame to see him put himself in this position by a poor decision making.
