Michelle, the Debate is on CNBC
Michelle Malkin wants the GOP to unload on Chris Matthews in Tuesday’s Presidential debate. She writes,
The candidates will be appearing on nutroots cable TV’s MSNBC for a debate in Dearborn, Michigan. Why they are bothering to show up on a network with basement viewership is beyond me. Even more puzzling: Why they would bother to show up for a debate co-(im)moderated by spittle-flecked Chris Matthews.
Michelle, the debate will be on CNBC starting right after the stock markets close. It will be replayed on MSNBC later that night. Matthews will be one of the moderators and his recent behavior shows the guy’s unhinged.
I’m glad the GOP candidates haven’t acted like the Democrats and declared an entire network off-limits. It shows they’re more open to getting their message out despite a liberal-dominated media.
And if Matthews spouts off it will be easy to counter and jab back. Matthews is an easy target, and I think the recent negative news will temper him.
