Obama Leaves Carnage in South Carolina

Bill Clinton compared Sen. Barack Obama to Jesse “Shakedown” Jackson while his wife got crushed in South Carolina. Coincidence?

Sen. Clinton may end up with the Democratic nomination, but how many alienated Democrats will be working hard for her in the fall? She could win the nomination battle but lose the electoral war. If that happened her future Presidential aspirations would be finished while Obama could try again 2012.

Being an empty suit and all Obama’s got both the short-term and long-term momentum.

Sean,

You keep referring to Obama as an “empty suit”. Could expand on that – I have no idea what it means in this context. Now, if you said that about Romney, I’d understand.

NAPatriot, Obama talks about “change” and “hope” with flowery language instead of actual specifics. He’s all rhetoric. Coming from the campaign (Fred Thompson’s) that offered the most detail on a number of issues maybe I got spoiled.
