It’s been over two months since FISA expired. If Speaker Pelosi would allow a vote on the bill it would pass. There’s a discharge petition floating around that would work around Pelosi’s blockade. I advise you to contact your Congressman at (202) 224-3121) and tell him/her to sign the petition.

My buddy is an FBI agent (and a lawyer). He handles all search warrants for a major bureau field office. His opinion is that FISA’s expiration has had zero effect on his ability to do his job and that this is totally a political football, not a security issue.
