I’m hoping the interest in Sen. Obama’s “57 states” mistake is due to dry humor and typical weekend non-seriousness, because it’s not that big a deal.

I like to think he was hungry when he made the comment.
It is only a big deal insofar as the leftists have made such a big deal over the “Bushisms” of the past 8 years to try to prove that GWB is not smart. This is as bad as any of them.
