Name That Person

Right Wing Sparkle posted a picture of a Palestinian artist drawing a portrait of Sen. Barack Obama. She noticed the obvious Jesus image. There are two other figures, one being the ubiquitous Che Guevara. I’m wondering who the man under Jesus is. I’m assuming it’s a nasty terrorist of some sort. It doesn’t look like either Ismail Haniya or Khaled Mashaal.
